Differentiated educational programme (DEP)
We offer co-curricular activities alongside the core and optional subjects, to deepen students’ knowledge in specific areas of interest. These activities are designed to support students' personal development. Activity periods are allocated in the school time table and they take part in groups of maximum 12 students.
Thinking Skills
It is our main aim to improve the quality of students' thinking since better thinking enables them to realise their own potential and, rather than simply acquiring and accumulating knowledge, to become individuals who are productive, analytical and realistic.
Creativity
Creativity is considered to be an innate talent but it can also be a learned skill. In a congenial environment, through qualified staff and use of effective strategies, creative skills can be developed.
Visual perception
There is a strong link between visual perception and learning. So these classes are designed to develop students’ visual differentiation, visual classification and visual reasoning skills.
Mind games
In order to contribute to students’ mental development and to provide them with opportunities to practice self-motivation, we teach a variety of widely famous and helpful mind games including: Go, Chess, Mangala, Abalone, Othello, Dokuztas, Quoridor, Skippity, Detective, Q-bitz, Surakarta and etc.
