Personal coaching

In Egitmen Schools, each student has a personal coach. A personal coach is someone who gives valuable assistance to students, helping them with their academic goals, their social and personal development, and with their career development.

Further, a personal coach aims to raise students’ consciousness and helps them: develop skills to improve organization, study habits, and time management; work through personal problems that may affect academics.

Our personal coach;

Collaborates with the school counsellor, subject teachers and parents to find individualized solutions for students’ problems.

to give and receive feedback about students, contacts with parents over the phone on a regular base.

Arranges face to face meetings with each parent at least once in two months.

in collaboration with parents, closely follows students' progress.

helps students identify their strengths and weaknesses.

acts as a link between home and school.

utilizes ´weekly follow up system´.

Identifies students' interests and preferences; provides career guidance accordingly.
