A school is like a living organism. In a school environment, individuals impact on others. So, when planning guidance activities, the whole school community (staff, students and parents) is supposed to be taken into consideration.
In order for us to achieve out targets, our students should be happy and conscious individuals as well. Every individual is different in terms of personality, perception, learning style, family background, socioeconomic status and etc.
